Key Responsibilities

Establish high-quality design standards for user interfaces that students love to interact with.
Scale design practices through stellar components, curated references, and sharp reviews.
Pioneer AI-native design approaches to improve research, ideation, workflows, and final products.
Collaborate closely with engineering and C-level leadership to move rapidly from concept to live production.

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating work that has successfully moved metrics and delighted users.
Obsession with craft and fine design details.
Enthusiasm for using AI tools as a multiplier in research, prototyping, and shipping.
Systems-thinking mindset focused on scaling quality efficiently.
Ability to simplify complex educational user journeys and unpredictable AI interactions.
Bias toward action, prioritizing fast prototypes and live experiments.
Hands-on builder mentality, with experience shipping projects or collaborating directly with engineers.
Strong teamwork skills characterized by direct feedback and a lack of ego.
