Fyxer is hiring a Product Designer for a full-time, remote position based in London to lead human-centered design for an AI productivity platform. This role suits an experienced design professional who thrives in high-growth, early-stage environments and wants to shape the future of AI-driven productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

Build products grounded in human behavior, analyzing motivation, habit, and friction before designing screens or flows.
Shape intuitive dashboard experiences that integrate AI seamlessly into daily user habits.
Design real-time notetaker features that generate live transcripts and capture essential context.
Develop personalized AI draft generation interfaces that adapt to individual user communication styles.
Collaborate directly with engineers to ship premium products swiftly without sacrificing quality.
Conduct independent user research, including user interviews and session recordings, to guide design decisions.
Maintain design system consistency across AI-assisted development and modern engineering workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing within high-growth, early-stage company settings.
Strong grasp of technical constraints to communicate effectively with engineering teams beyond basic Figma handoffs.
Proven ability to execute self-led user research and apply findings directly to product iterations.
Comfortable moving fast, utilizing AI tools, and knowing when to build an MVP.

Nice to Have

Practical experience making direct design changes within the codebase.
