Fyxer

Fyxer builds an email assistant and productivity platform designed to organize inboxes, write draft replies in the user's tone, take meeting notes, and surface priorities and actions. The company serves professionals, executives, and individuals managing multiple clients or dealing with high volumes of email. Founded by Richard Hollingsworth, Archie Hollingsworth, and Matt Ffrench, Fyxer draws on executive assistant workflow data to power its digital assistant software. The product labels new emails, lifts important messages to the top, tracks meetings, and summarizes calls to help users manage their workdays.

The open roles at Fyxer indicate that the company is building an early-stage product and engineering team with a focus on AI-native workflows. The current job listings include a Lead Product Designer position based in London with remote work options. This role serves as a senior product design hire who reports to the Head of Product, working directly alongside engineers and acting as the sole designer on the team to shape user experiences for the AI-powered productivity platform.
