Principal Product Marketing Manager (Glean Agents)
About this role
Bridging the gap between advanced agentic AI capabilities and enterprise market adoption requires translating complex technical infrastructure into clear go-to-market strategies. Glean needs a product marketing leader to guide the positioning, messaging, and overall growth trajectory of Glean Agents within the broader Work AI ecosystem.
Working at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, this person will enable customer-facing teams, execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, and channel direct market insights back into product development. The ideal candidate brings extensive B2B SaaS marketing background, a hands-on approach to structuring ambiguity, and the analytical rigor needed to drive product adoption in a competitive landscape.
What you will do
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enable successful go-to-market strategies and position Glean Agents as a category leader.
- Partner with product and lead the iteration of Glean Agents, focusing on increasing adoption, refining features, and maintaining a competitive edge in innovation.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and the market by providing insights and direction to product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure maximum business impact.
- Partner closely with customer-facing teams to craft messaging and assets that drive product awareness, demand, and adoption.
What you need
- Hold a BA or BS degree in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related field.
- Bring at least 8 years of product marketing experience within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
- Operate as a strategic and resourceful cross-functional collaborator with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Exhibit strong critical and analytical thinking with impeccable attention to detail and a results-driven approach to testing, measuring, and iterating.

The standard base salary range for this position is $224,000 to $258,000 annually. Compensation offered is determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
