Key Responsibilities

Drive technology development through tactical insertion into teams and technologies across the organization.
Make direct and rapid contributions to the three pillars of Hivemind, which is the software ecosystem for resilient intelligent teaming.
Operate effectively within ambiguity to deliver low-TRL solutions.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product teams and engage in forward-sprinting development.
Create reference implementations and build deep familiarity with the Hivemind software ecosystem to help guide future technology development.

Requirements

Extensive background in design and software development within a senior technical capacity.
Ability to thrive and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
Comfort working closely with elite engineering experts across diverse fields such as aerospace, robotics, cloud infrastructure, game development, and interactive media.
