Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end machine learning infrastructure spanning data collection, training, evaluation, inference, and final deployment.
Construct and develop training and fine-tuning pipelines specifically for large models.
Create comprehensive evaluation frameworks to track system capabilities, robustness, safety, and real-world results.
Design high-performance inference setups while optimizing factors such as latency, memory usage, GPU utilization, cost, and reliability.
Develop data pipelines to handle both real-world and synthetic training information.
Deploy, monitor, and continuously enhance production infrastructure for active models.
Collaborate directly with research and application engineering teams to translate model advancements into product enhancements.
Evaluate technical trade-offs pragmatically and iterate rapidly based on operational performance.

Requirements

Proven history of building and launching machine learning systems in live production environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of modern large-model fine-tuning, training, evaluation, and inference methodologies.
Solid fundamentals in software engineering and systems design.
Practical background running machine learning workloads at scale, particularly involving GPU-based architectures.
Strong technical judgment to solve ambiguous challenges autonomously.
