Daily responsibilities center on guiding senior leaders through workflow redesigns, managing human-machine interactions, and implementing modern tooling like copilots and autonomous agents within regulated environments. The hire will partner with multidisciplinary groups across product, engineering, data, and risk functions to bridge the gap between technical capability and measurable business outcomes.
This role exists to turn technological advancements into practical operating models that scale responsibly across large organizations. Candidates who combine deep familiarity with generative systems with strong executive presence and a talent for organizational change management will excel here.
What you will do
- Lead client engagements focused on enterprise AI transformation, workforce restructuring, and AI-enabled operating models.
- Identify high-value artificial intelligence opportunities and redesign business workflows to integrate copilots and workflow automation.
- Assess changing job roles and design capability interventions such as role-based learning and experiential labs.
- Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and risk teams to move initiatives past experimentation into sustainable adoption.
- Address data privacy, model risk, and governance requirements while deploying technologies at scale.
- Advise senior stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, and lead multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Contribute to proposal development and create reusable assets that strengthen the firm's service offerings.
What you need
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Bring 8 or more years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrate experience leading complex client-facing digital transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Possess a practical understanding of generative AI, large language models, copilots, and workflow automation platforms.
- Show a track record of identifying use cases and connecting adoption metrics to productivity and business outcomes.
- Exhibit consulting expertise spanning stakeholder management, executive communication, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience leading enterprise AI adoption programs specifically within financial services.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, model risk management, and emerging enterprise AI controls.
- Experience developing role taxonomies, capability models, and Communities of Practice.
- Experience building AI prototypes, prompt libraries, or reusable accelerators.
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud platforms, product management, or agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role is $146,000 to $183,000 USD.
