In this position, the professional manages the entire billing platform that powers diverse subscription tiers, usage limits, bundles, and global currencies. The role centers on balancing operational rigor with rapid pricing flexibility to maintain absolute customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete billing platform spanning both enterprise and consumer workflows.
Reconcile transaction states across multiple platforms including Stripe, RevenueCat, Sequence, and IAP vendors.
Design robust architectural abstractions to easily accommodate new SKUs, payment currencies, bundles, and entitlements.
Manage complex operational mechanics such as proration, customer credits, invoicing, dunning processes, and true-ups.
Implement comprehensive observability and automated testing protocols to identify and resolve data divergence proactively.

Requirements

Proven background designing and implementing billing architecture for both enterprise and consumer products.
Direct experience successfully migrating live billing or pricing platforms with zero adverse impact on revenue or users.
Demonstrated history of making long-term architectural choices in the monetization domain and managing their outcomes.
Deep understanding of where financial systems require strict rigidity versus where flexibility benefits the business.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working alongside Product, Finance, GTM, and Growth teams.
