Crusoe is seeking a People Programs Specialist for a 12-month contract position located in San Francisco, California. This role suits a professional with three to six years of experience who is ready to help construct core talent programs from the ground up, including job architecture and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Finalize the remaining job family and leveling build by drafting job profiles, mapping roles, and resolving gaps.
Maintain source-of-truth architecture files and manage administrative tasks to ensure ongoing accuracy.
Assist with rollout activities such as manager communications, toolkit development, and escalation triage.
Collaborate on the configuration and testing of Workday performance appraisals, including requirements documentation and user acceptance testing.
Build process documentation and administrative runbooks to support the system after go-live.
Oversee the operational backbone of performance review cycles, from launch setup to completion reporting and troubleshooting.
Pivot between operational tasks and program execution as priorities evolve.

Requirements

Possess three to six years of professional experience in HR programs, talent management, or human resources operations.
Direct background working with job architecture, job profile management, or competency frameworks.
Exceptional documentation discipline combined with strong attention to detail.
Clear written communication skills tailored for manager and executive audiences.
Ability to thrive amid ambiguity within a fast-paced environment.
Active utilization of artificial intelligence tools to speed up drafting, analysis, and documentation.

Nice to Have

Bachelor degree focused on Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity and hands-on experience using Workday modules such as HCM, Talent, or Performance.
Administration background with platforms like Lattice, Culture Amp, or 15Five.
Prior involvement in supporting a performance management redesign or a system migration.

Salary and Benefits
