What you will do
- Partner with first-line and senior leaders within Data Center Operations to align people strategies with broader business goals.
- Manage core human resources processes end-to-end, including workforce planning, performance management, and compensation cycles.
- Identify recurring organizational patterns and surface proactive insights to help leaders course-correct before challenges compound.
- Handle complex employee relations investigations and workplace advisory matters with sound judgment on risk and practicality.
- Drive organizational change initiatives while maintaining business continuity and operational transparency in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel regularly to data center sites to build credibility and tailor support for frontline operational teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Talent, and People operations centers of excellence to deliver scalable solutions.
What you need
- Bring six or more years of progressive human resources business partner experience with significant time supporting operational or frontline populations.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of advising and influencing director-level and senior leaders on complex, ambiguous matters.
- Possess working knowledge of employment law and compliance within a multi-site, 24/7 operational environment.
- Show hands-on experience owning core HR processes such as talent calibration, compensation cycles, and workforce planning end-to-end.
- Exhibit proficiency with standard HRIS and talent systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or Culture Amp.
