What you will do
- Execute descriptive, predictive, and statistical analyses concerning employee data and business relationships to guide leadership decisions and HR strategies.
- Model and analyze variances within key performance indicators and contracted targets for the People and Management Directorate.
- Establish, validate, and document the governing rules, premises, and definitions for all departmental metrics.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and informative content to foster analytical autonomy among end users.
- Analyze the business environment thoroughly to evaluate and measure the real value generated by people analytics solutions.
- Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to drive effective human capital initiatives and reduce negative metrics like turnover and absenteeism.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of all analytical databases and delivered insights.
What you need
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting tasks.
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to build visual dashboards and reports.
- Apply SQL and or Python proficiently to query, manipulate, and treat relational datasets.
- Apply inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and multivariate statistics to solve practical business problems.
- Design experiments and utilize causal inference techniques such as randomized controlled trials or quasi-experiments.

- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI knowledge
- Survival analysis for turnover, time series, and Markov chains
