Role Overview

The Partner Success Engineer for Infrastructure is a remote position based in the USA that empowers strategic hardware, cloud, and silicon partners to successfully deploy advanced voice AI technologies. This role is well-suited for a technically fluent professional who thrives at the intersection of partner management, technical consulting, and artificial intelligence integration.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete lifecycle of strategic infrastructure partners, managing onboarding, technical enablement, ongoing adoption, and account expansion.
Lead technical validation sessions, including proof of concepts and evaluations, demonstrating voice AI models across self-hosted, on-premises, air-gapped, and edge environments.
Deliver architecture guidance, live demonstrations, workshops, and troubleshooting support to developers, platform engineers, and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to uncover expansion opportunities, co-sell through distribution channels, and co-create technical go-to-market materials.
Build internal tools, workflows, and automated systems using an AI-first mindset to eliminate recurring tasks and scale team efficiency.

Requirements

Extensive background in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, technical account management, strategic customer success, or deployment engineering.
Strong expertise in deployment infrastructure, including containers, orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and inference on accelerators or GPUs.
Familiarity with diverse deployment models encompassing cloud, self-hosted, dedicated, and edge environments.
Proven track record of driving commercial growth and identifying expansion opportunities within complex enterprise or partner accounts.
Exceptional communication skills tailored to bridge technical discussions with developers and strategic planning with executive buyers.

Nice to Have

Background in machine learning, voice AI, or developer-first technology ecosystems.
Practical knowledge of GPU inference optimization, quantization, and throughput tuning.
Exposure to security-sensitive architectures, confidential computing, or regulated industry deployments.
Familiarity with on-device AI targets, edge hardware optimization, or Telephony, CCaaS, and CPaaS platforms.
Working fluency in scripting and automation tools using Python or TypeScript to ship functional workflows.
