Run continuous discovery to uncover partner problems, assess business impact, and translate findings into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
Identify and scope expansion opportunities such as cross-sells, upsells, multi-product use, and co-sells alongside Sales, while leading executive business reviews.
Act as the internal voice of the partner to influence roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, and support tools.
Monitor adoption, usage metrics, account health, and expansion to drive outcomes, including occasional travel to partner sites.
Operate with an AI-first mindset by default, building tools, agents, and workflows that permanently eliminate recurring work.

Requirements

Significant background in technical, customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, solutions or sales engineering, enterprise customer success, implementation, or support within API-driven, developer-first, or AI companies.
Proven track record blending partner or customer ownership with technical depth in solution design, troubleshooting, and commercial growth.
Hands-on experience leading enterprise-level demos, proofs of concept, or technical workshops.
Demonstrated success in identifying and securing expansion within complex enterprise or partner accounts.
Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows with the ability to handle basic technical troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models, including resale, referral, integration, co-marketing, and co-selling dynamics.
Experience engaging both technical evaluators like developers and architects, alongside executive buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.
Exceptional communication, influence, and structured relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
Evidence of a self-built tool, agent, script, or workflow that permanently eliminated recurring tasks.
An AI-native operating model demonstrating specific workflows that depend structurally on advanced AI tools.
