Role Overview

The Partner Solution Architect position at Frontier AI LLMs in Palo Alto is a full-time opportunity within the Solutions department. This role suits a seasoned technical professional eager to drive the adoption of advanced enterprise artificial intelligence platforms and models alongside strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard advanced artificial intelligence solutions and models onto strategic independent software vendor and technology partner platforms.
Perform thorough technical discovery sessions with partners in coordination with go-to-market teams to analyze client requirements, challenges, and goals.
Accelerate large-scale enablement across the technical and sales divisions of strategic partners.
Develop and refresh enablement materials including reference architectures, technical demonstrations, and instructional videos.
Guide partners in recognizing and assessing business opportunities where artificial intelligence offerings provide maximum customer value.
Act as a representative at industry conferences, executive briefings, developer gatherings, and partner events.
Partner cross-functionally with science, engineering, product, support, and go-to-market units to advance deals and share technical insights.

Requirements

Background in customer-facing technical presales, consulting, or solutions architecture roles.
Demonstrated history of creating enablement materials and promoting evangelism across partner ecosystems.
Background in collaborating with technology partners and independent software vendors to manage technical accounts and scope proofs-of-concept.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript.
Understanding of cloud architecture and deployment patterns specifically designed for machine learning and artificial intelligence systems.
Stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging executive leadership and delivering presentations to diverse technical and business audiences.
Relevant degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional background.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
Practical understanding of generative artificial intelligence serving architectures like vLLM.
Practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
