About this role

Mistral AI is seeking a full-time Partner Solution Architect based in Abu Dhabi to drive the adoption of enterprise AI platforms and models across the MENA region. This technical role suits professionals experienced in partner pre-sales, cloud architecture, and artificial intelligence deployments within high-stakes industries.

Role Overview

As an early member of the partner team, the Partner Solution Architect works closely with account executives and partner networks to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption. The position involves guiding strategic partners through technical discovery, solution design, and complex implementations. Team members operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment across global regions to help enterprises run customized artificial intelligence systems on their own terms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute technical discovery sessions with partners to evaluate client needs, challenges, and desired outcomes alongside Account Executives.
Support the onboarding of AI platform and model updates onto strategic partner platforms while driving enablement across technical and sales teams.
Create educational materials including technical documentation, decks, enablement videos, and reference architectures.
Help qualify opportunities where Mistral solutions deliver maximum customer value and collaborate on deal progression.
Act as user zero to test newly deployed models, features, and tools, offering feedback and documentation for engineering teams.
Guide partners and customers in deploying text completion APIs into their existing infrastructure and fine-tuning models for specific use cases.
Provide post-deployment support, address operational challenges, and recommend optimizations based on client feedback.

Requirements

Previous background in a technical partner pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales engineering role.
Practical experience collaborating with large cloud or platform providers to drive technical account strategy and proof-of-concept execution.
Hands-on expertise in deploying artificial intelligence solutions and managing complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery.
Strong Python programming abilities and working knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment patterns for AI and machine learning.
Experience running solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the capacity to engage C-level executives and diverse technical audiences.
Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Proven track record in managing partnerships and customer-facing interactions that align with strategic business objectives.
Familiarity with deal qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or value-based sales methodologies such as Command of the Message.
Proficiency in additional European languages alongside fluent English.
