Mistral AI is seeking a full-time Partner Solution Architect - EMEA to be based in Paris. This role suits a technical professional with a background in partner pre-sales or consulting who wants to drive enterprise AI adoption.

Role Overview

As an early member of the Partner Team at Mistral AI, this role involves working closely with partner and go-to-market teams to drive the adoption of enterprise AI platforms and models. The position is located in Paris and focuses on technical discovery, sales enablement, product implementation, and ongoing customer success across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical discovery sessions with partners to understand client needs and desired outcomes alongside Account Executives.
Create and update enablement assets including technical decks, documentation, reference architectures, and training videos.
Assist sales teams in qualifying opportunities and providing technical expertise to penetrate accounts.
Test newly deployed models, features, and tools as the initial user to document behaviors and relay feedback to engineering teams.
Support partners and customers in deploying text completion APIs and fine-tuning models to meet specific requirements.
Deliver post-deployment support and recommend product optimizations based on user feedback.

Requirements

Previous experience in a technical partner pre-sales or consulting role such as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
Experience partnering with major cloud or platform providers to drive technical account strategy and proof-of-concept execution.
Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions and managing complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery.
Strong Python programming skills and working knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment patterns for AI and machine learning.
Ability to lead solution design workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and C-level stakeholders.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages considered advantageous.
Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Proven track record in managing partnerships and customer-facing interactions that align with business objectives.
Familiarity with deal qualification methods such as MEDDPICC or value-based sales methodologies like Command of the Message.
