Role Overview

Viant Technology is seeking a driven Panel Recruiting Manager to lead initiatives that grow and engage the research panel community. This position owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of panel recruitment programs to ensure sustainable growth, retention, and participant quality. The professional in this role acts as a subject matter expert, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to scale acquisition and lifecycle strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute panel recruitment strategies to hit specific acquisition, engagement, and growth targets.
Oversee recruitment vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
Launch and optimize in-house recruitment campaigns across digital, email, social, and alternative communication channels.
Build lifecycle communication plans to enhance panelist onboarding, retention, engagement, and reactivation.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Support, and Product teams to elevate the overall participant experience.
Monitor key performance indicators across acquisition, engagement, and retention to refine ongoing performance.
Research and implement artificial intelligence solutions to boost recruitment efficiency, audience targeting, and personalization.
Monitor industry trends related to panel management and participant recruitment.

Requirements

Background in marketing, campaign management, customer engagement, participant recruitment, or a related field.
Strong organizational abilities with project management skills to juggle multiple simultaneous priorities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

Three to seven years of professional experience in marketing, campaign management, or participant recruitment.
Direct background working with market research panels, customer communities, or research operations.
Demonstrated success handling marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and external vendors.
Analytical expertise utilizing marketing and analytics platforms to turn data insights into actions.
Familiarity with workflow automation, generative artificial intelligence, campaign optimization, and communication personalization tools.
Prior experience using email marketing, customer relationship management, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation software.
