Key Responsibilities

Discover critical problems by engaging closely with customers to identify high-value opportunities before they are formally assigned.
Build and automate end-to-end workflows utilizing tools like Command, CLI, MCP, and other elements of the company's AI technology stack.
Deliver features rapidly to customers through tight iteration cycles and fast deployment.
Evaluate outcomes honestly, doubling down on successful projects while quickly halting those that fail to move key metrics.
Operate as an autonomous unit that selects targets, builds solutions, and takes full ownership of results.

Requirements

Have shipped tangible products, tools, companies, or open-source projects that people actively use.
Demonstrate cross-functional versatility, such as product managers who can prototype or engineers with strong product intuition.
Hold clear perspectives on artificial intelligence products alongside the judgment to quickly recognize when an approach is incorrect.
Move quickly, test frequently, and treat failure as a normal part of discovering what works.
Focus on impactful craftsmanship while avoiding unnecessary polish on low-impact areas.
Communicate clearly, take ownership of outcomes, and focus on generating real business value and saving customer time.
