The Manager, Executive Business Partners role is an opportunity to lead and develop the team providing executive support to leaders across Mercury while directly supporting one or two executives. Key Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop Mercury's Executive Business Partners by setting clear expectations and creating growth opportunities.
Establish operating principles, best practices, and consistent support standards across the company.
Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI tools and workflows to maximize team leverage and operational efficiency.
Oversee coverage and capacity planning to adapt team structures as the organization evolves.
Partner with senior leaders to understand priorities and help team members build effective partnerships.
Identify patterns to redesign systems, processes, and tools that replace manual work with scalable solutions.
Foster connection and maintain a smooth flow of information and business context across functions.

Requirements

Experience managing and developing Executive Assistants or Executive Business Partners within dynamic or high-growth settings.
Practical, hands-on experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools to enhance team productivity and leverage.
Demonstrated background partnering directly with C-suite and VP-level leaders.
Strong leadership capabilities focused on setting expectations, delivering feedback, and talent development.
Sound judgment to balance competing priorities among individual leaders, the team, and the broader enterprise.
High curiosity for business operations, emerging technology, and a willingness to handle both strategic and tactical details.

Salary and Benefits

Mercury provides a total rewards package featuring base salary, equity through stock options or RSUs, and comprehensive benefits. Target new hire base salary ranges depend on geographic location:

US employees in San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles, or Seattle: $141,800 to $177,200 USD.
US employees located outside of those specific metro areas: $127,600 to $159,500 USD.
Canadian employees in any location: $134,000 to $167,500 USD.
