Role Overview

BJAK seeks mobile developers to construct the AI Neobank App across Android and iOS operating systems. The position requires shipping clean, reliable mobile experiences for users in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deliver mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
Develop straightforward mobile flows covering insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to convert complex journeys into usable products
Integrate APIs while managing edge cases, loading states, errors, and production issues
Enhance application performance, reliability, crash rates, and overall user experience
Support rapid product launches, experiments, and iterations across mobile journeys
Establish high benchmarks for mobile product quality throughout the application

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of mobile development experience focused on Android, iOS, or both
Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
Demonstrated history of shipping production applications used by real users
Strong product awareness and attention to mobile user experience
Capability to handle APIs, analytics, crash logs, and production feedback
Autonomous work ethic with the ability to manage tasks with minimal oversight
Proficiency in English communication for global team collaboration
Residency in Korea
