Role Overview

Bjakcareer is hiring Android engineers to construct the native Android interface for an AI Neobank application. The position involves designing functional mobile features, refining application performance, and integrating artificial intelligence into financial tools where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and release Android features using Kotlin.
Design straightforward mobile navigation for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and other financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complicated user journeys.
Connect backend APIs to maintain stable, secure, and dependable mobile operations.
Enhance application performance by addressing crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, and memory consumption.
Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and production feedback to refine the product.
Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences that enhance user navigation.

Requirements

Three or more years of Android development experience utilizing Kotlin.
Solid understanding of Android fundamentals along with experience deploying production applications.
Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.
Awareness of mobile user experience, usability standards, edge cases, and user navigation.
Background in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production errors.
Ability to execute tasks quickly with high ownership and attention to product quality.
Fluency in English for communication across global teams.
Residency in the Netherlands.
