Key Responsibilities

Construct and release Android features utilizing Kotlin.
Design streamlined mobile flows for financial services, claims, renewals, insurance, and payments.
Collaborate with design and product teams to simplify intricate user pathways.
Connect backend APIs to guarantee secure, stable, and reliable mobile interactions.
Enhance application performance by monitoring memory usage, loading states, responsiveness, and reducing crash rates.
Leverage analytics, production feedback, and user behavior data to refine the product.
Develop AI-assisted mobile functionality exclusively where it adds genuine value to the user experience.

Requirements

Three or more years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
Solid Android fundamentals paired with a history of shipping production applications.
Familiarity with modern Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow.
Deep understanding of mobile user experience, usability principles, user flows, and handling edge cases.
Background in debugging production challenges and integrating REST APIs.
High sense of ownership, rapid execution capacity, and meticulous attention to product quality.
Must be currently based in Spain.
Proficiency in English for global team communication.
