Key Responsibilities

Build and ship Android features using Kotlin.
Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
Integrate backend APIs and ensure mobile flows remain stable, secure, and reliable.
Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, and optimize loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.
Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and production issue tracking to refine the product.
Build AI-assisted mobile experiences when they genuinely improve the user journey.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Android development experience utilizing Kotlin.
Strong Android fundamentals with a proven history of shipping production applications.
Solid knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
Experience in integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
Demonstrated fast execution, high ownership, and strong attention to product quality.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Must be based in Thailand.
