BJAK is hiring a Mobile Application Developer to construct the native Android experience for its AI Finance Agent. Located in Taipei, Taiwan, the position requires the professional to be based locally in the region. Key Responsibilities

Construct and release Android features utilizing Kotlin.
Design straightforward mobile flows covering insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial tools.
Partner with product and design teams to simplify complicated user journeys.
Connect backend APIs while maintaining stable, secure, and dependable mobile operations.
Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading states, improve responsiveness, and manage memory usage effectively.
Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and production feedback to refine the product.
Develop AI-assisted mobile interactions strictly where they genuinely enhance the user path.

Requirements

Three or more years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
Solid Android fundamentals paired with a track record of launching production applications.
Sound understanding of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.
Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user journeys.
Background in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production problems.
Rapid execution ability, high personal accountability, and strong dedication to product quality.
Proficiency in English for daily communication across global teams.
