Key Responsibilities

Build and ship Android features using Kotlin.
Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
Integrate backend APIs to maintain stable, secure, and reliable mobile flows.
Improve application performance, reduce crash rates, and optimize loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.
Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and production issue tracking to enhance the product.
Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences specifically where they improve the user journey.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Android development experience utilizing Kotlin.
Strong Android fundamentals with practical experience shipping production applications.
Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
Demonstrated fast execution, high ownership, and strong attention to product quality.
Must be based in Hong Kong.
Strong English communication skills.
