Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Mobile Application Developer to construct the native Android experience for their AI Finance Agent in China. The position requires creating robust mobile features, integrating backend systems, and enhancing application performance to support regional financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and deliver Android features using Kotlin.
Develop streamlined mobile interfaces for payments, claims, insurance, renewals, and other financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complicated user journeys.
Connect backend APIs to guarantee stable, secure, and dependable mobile operations.
Enhance application performance by addressing crash rates, loading states, memory usage, and responsiveness.
Utilize analytics, production issues, and user behavior data to refine the product.
Develop AI-assisted mobile experiences that genuinely enhance the user journey.

Requirements

Possess three or more years of Android development experience utilizing Kotlin.
Demonstrate strong Android fundamentals alongside experience launching production applications.
Understand modern Android architecture, Jetpack, Flow, and Coroutines.
Exhibit a strong comprehension of mobile usability, user UX, user flows, and edge cases.
Bring experience debugging production issues and integrating REST APIs.
Maintain high ownership, rapid execution, and strict attention to product quality.
Communicate effectively in English, the primary working language across global teams.
Reside in China.
