Key Responsibilities

Prototype and design innovative features for the company's voice interface products.
Build robust infrastructure capable of delivering sub-500ms LLM inference for millions of global requests.
Scale the personalization of speech models and large language models.
Focus heavily on machine learning personalization, training speech models, and applying fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques to enhance LLMs.

Requirements

Hold a PhD in machine learning or a related field such as electrical engineering or neuroscience.
Demonstrate a strong publication track record at prominent conferences like ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICASSP.
Show fluency in Python and experience with LLM development.
Possess high attention to detail, clear thought processes, eagerness to learn, and creativity in research and development alongside fast engineering code velocity.
