Role Overview

The Material Handler position supports the smooth flow of materials essential for data center construction. Workers ensure precise handling, movement, and preparation of items within the Tulsa plant, contributing directly to operational goals while upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, kit, and move materials efficiently throughout the facility, yard, or work sites.
Operate industrial forklifts and overhead cranes to transport products securely.
Read Bills of Material and follow oral directions to prepare items accurately for production or shipping.
Package parts carefully, attach descriptive tags or labels, and build crates to safeguard goods.
Lift heavy objects manually or using power hoists while following strict safety procedures.
Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and orderly.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in material handling within warehouse or manufacturing settings.
Capability to read and interpret Bills of Material or follow verbal instructions closely.
Proven skill in operating industrial forklifts safely.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.
Eligibility to pass a background check and fulfill safety-sensitive drug and alcohol program requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience operating overhead cranes.
Computer literacy for cross-training and supporting shipping and warehouse tasks.
Familiarity with industrial safety protocols.
