It suits a seasoned engineering or manufacturing professional ready to guide a fast-scaling infrastructure team through unprecedented demand for AI compute power.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the consolidated schedule for low-voltage switchboards, medium-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage power distribution centers, and skid integration programs.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, establishing high standards for schedule discipline, submittal management, change capture, cost accuracy, and client communication.
Serve as the primary senior escalation contact for power distribution clients regarding executive-level schedule impacts, change negotiations, and recovery strategies.
Collaborate closely with plant leadership on capacity, line loading, and throughput constraint resolution across assembly areas.
Establish margin and cost targets for every program from baseline to close-out, partnering with Project Controls for monthly economic reviews and operational assumption validation.
Oversee submittal and drawing approval performance across the sector to mitigate schedule risks associated with electrical equipment.
Partner with supply chain leaders on long-term component strategies for breakers, busbars, transformers, and medium-voltage components.
Support sales and estimating teams with pursuit strategies, lead-time commitments, and manufacturability reviews prior to award.
Standardize schedule templates, inspection and test plans, test documentation, and close-out packages across all product lines.
Oversee the executive dashboard for power distribution, tracking throughput, on-time delivery, backlog, and margin.
Perform schedule quality assurance, including logic checks, float analysis, critical path validation, and baseline change control.
