Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects
About this role
This role is ideal for an experienced technical leader who thrives on building strategic technical direction while also deeply investing in the growth of their team. The Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects at Databricks will be central to ensuring the post-sales success of the company's customers. This involves setting the technical strategy across a portfolio of accounts and acting as a hands-on technical sponsor for key customers, including their C-suite. The focus is on translating complex Data and AI use cases into successful production deployments.
The individual will be responsible for establishing the operational cadences, processes, and playbooks that elevate the entire Delivery Solutions Architect practice. This role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and strong people management skills. It exists to bridge the gap between technical delivery and customer outcomes, ensuring that the solutions being deployed rapidly transform how businesses operate with data and AI.
Success in this role is measured by driving tangible customer results, such as increased use-case throughput and faster time-to-production. It is suited for someone who possesses a strong bias toward building scalable systems and a dedication to developing senior technical talent.
