  • Drive improvements in cycle time, first-pass yield, and on-time payment performance while strengthening purchase order and receiving discipline.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, ensure segregation of duties, support internal and external audits, and lead remediation efforts.
  • Partner with procurement, treasury, tax, finance, and accounting to design and enhance enterprise resource planning and accounts payable workflows.
  • Elevate the vendor experience and assist in the oversight of business process outsourcing and offshore partners through clear service level agreements and key performance indicators.

What you need

  • Possess eight or more years of experience in accounts payable or accounting.
  • Bring at least three years of experience leading teams within a shared services, global business services, or corporate accounting environment across both indirect and direct spend types.

  • Show hands-on experience managing high-volume invoice processing, payment batch runs, and related banking functions.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to support month-end close activities, including accounts payable accruals and reconciliations.
  • Maintain advanced Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
