Machine Learning Software Engineer
About this role
The software engineering team at Morgan & Morgan builds high-quality software systems and machine learning pipelines that support millions of Americans in the fight for consumer rights. Engineers here design and deploy scalable ML models, integrate artificial intelligence into core products, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure to support a nationwide legal practice.
Incoming engineers divide their time between hands-on technical contributions and thoughtful leadership. Responsibilities include building backend systems with Python and FastAPI, developing React frontends, managing AWS infrastructure, and mentoring fellow engineers on clean architecture, test-driven development, and reliable software design.
Ideal candidates bring substantial professional software development experience alongside a strong background in machine learning and system reliability. Successful team members balance deep technical execution with collaborative mentorship, driving agile delivery and maintaining high engineering standards across cross-functional product teams.
