Role Overview

Suno is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to join the research team in Boston on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for an experienced professional eager to build cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems within the music entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Take charge of broad technical choices regarding the creation and deployment of modern machine learning models.
Partner directly with the founding group to drive high-impact research initiatives.
Oversee complete research projects independently from initial conception through final completion.
Handle tasks spanning the complete technology stack, including data engineering, model architecture design, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of five years of professional background in training advanced models utilizing distributed PyTorch.
Possess thorough knowledge covering the complete lifecycle of data engineering, designing, training, and assessing machine learning systems.
Demonstrate a proven history of managing entire research undertakings independently from start to finish.
Show extensive background in training large generative systems from the ground up, such as diffusion models or large language models.
Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent educational qualification.
Meet all legal requirements to work authorized in the United States.
