Key Responsibilities

Build and operate machine learning infrastructure and platforms for AI products.
Design systems supporting model training, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and inference.
Optimize and construct model serving infrastructure focused on high throughput and low latency.
Enhance scalability, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across AI systems.
Create dependable pipelines for data preparation, training, evaluation, release, and continuous refinement.
Develop tooling and platforms that accelerate experimentation and deployment for researchers and engineers.
Implement benchmarking and evaluation infrastructure to track performance, model quality, and regressions.
Establish production monitoring, observability, tracing, and alerting for machine learning workloads.
Identify operational bottlenecks within the machine learning stack to drive ongoing performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional product and research teams to translate evolving requirements into robust infrastructure.

Requirements

Strong background in software engineering fundamentals alongside practical experience building production systems.
Professional background in developing machine learning platforms, infrastructure, or production ML systems.
Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, inference, and evaluation.
Comprehensive understanding of distributed systems and reliability principles.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code suited for production.
Comfort operating in rapid, ambiguous settings.
Preference for high ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
