Key Responsibilities

Drive commercial transactions by supporting the negotiation, drafting, and execution of agreements.

Support Growth teams across creative initiatives and assist with international commercial expansion.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to adapt agreements for creator partnerships and agencies.

Conduct compliance reviews on marketing initiatives and perform legal research across emerging business areas.

Build scalable legal infrastructure by developing contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval frameworks.

Optimize contract management systems and monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting AI, digital media, and advertising technology.

Requirements

Possess 6 to 8 years of legal experience, including substantial practice negotiating and advising on commercial and license agreements.

Demonstrate exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with strong business judgment.

Manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-moving, demanding environment.

Nice to Have

Background combining top law firm and in-house experience.

Experience supporting AI, machine learning, creator economy, digital media, or advertising technology platforms.
