About this role

You will define the product vision and strategy for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform, building contextual and in-the-flow enablement tools. Working at the intersection of product, UX, and learning science, your day involves translating pedagogical goals into platform capabilities like adaptive learning paths, skills graphs, and automated feedback loops. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, curriculum, and go-to-market teams to ensure the platform helps customers, partners, and internal practitioners develop essential data and AI skills.

The team builds unified skills infrastructure and in-product guidance that surfaces targeted knowledge precisely when users need it based on real work context. This role exists to scale skill attainment globally while providing transparent views into capability gaps and organizational progress through dashboards and predictive insights. A successful candidate brings deep product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or learning platforms, along with strong UX instincts and comfort working with complex data.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems and unified skills infrastructure on the platform.

  • Build predictive signals and analytics to provide proactive visibility into emerging skills and capability gaps across organizations.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal field teams to gather learning requirements and shape product development.

What you need

  • Possess 5 to 8+ years of product management experience focused on UX, learning platforms, or education tools within B2B SaaS or data and AI products.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end product ownership experience spanning strategy formulation, roadmap definition, PRD writing, and shipping user-facing features.
  • Show hands-on background building learning systems, training platforms, certification tools, or knowledge management experiences.
  • Exhibit strong UX instincts with a track record of collaborating with designers to create intuitive user flows and information architectures.
  • Bring comfort working with data to define metrics, run experiments, and analyze user behavior and learning outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats to explain complex concepts and advocate for learners across the organization.
