Role Overview

Truelogic seeks a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to guide the technical direction of artificial intelligence applications across backend, frontend, and AI integrations. Based remotely in LatAm, this role involves shaping architecture, building scalable services, and establishing best practices for an advertising-focused AI project within a digital-first agency.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the technical trajectory of full-stack software and make high-level architectural choices for integrated AI features.

Develop backend services using Python and build user interfaces via modern frontend frameworks to display complex data.

Construct data processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and large language model integrations to resolve client challenges.

Conduct code reviews, guide junior and senior team members, and promote standard engineering practices.

Work alongside Product Management, Design, and Quality Assurance to convert requirements into technical plans.

Track developments in artificial intelligence and web tools to advise stakeholders on technical feasibility.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of software development background, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.

Backend programming expertise in Python with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Frontend proficiency using React, Vue, or Angular, preferably with TypeScript.

Practical experience with artificial intelligence and large language models, covering retrieval-augmented generation and libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Application programming interface design capabilities spanning REST, GraphQL, and real-time connections.

Engineering practices involving Git, continuous integration and deployment, containerization, and automated testing.

Database background with relational and vector database systems.
