Role Overview

Truelogic seeks a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to direct the development of artificial intelligence applications for an advertising project within a digital-first agency. The position involves steering architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and AI integration layers while fostering engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the technical path of projects by making high-level architectural choices for full-stack systems containing integrated AI capabilities.

Construct reliable Python backend services alongside interactive frontend interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular to display complex data.

Build and maintain data pipelines, agentic workflows, and large language model solutions to resolve practical client challenges.

Conduct code reviews, guide junior and senior team members, and promote standard engineering methodologies.

Coordinate with product management, design, and quality assurance teams to convert specifications into technical roadmaps.

Track advancements in artificial intelligence and web tools to advise stakeholders on implementation feasibility.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience.

At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity.

Backend programming expertise in Python using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Frontend development experience utilizing React, Vue, or Angular, with a preference for TypeScript.

Practical background in AI and LLM implementations, including RAG patterns, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

Proficiency in API design across REST, GraphQL, and real-time interfaces.

Familiarity with version control, continuous integration, containerization, and automated testing.

Database management experience covering both relational and vector databases.

Communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
