Role Overview

The Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer at Truelogic guides the technical direction of artificial intelligence applications, shaping architectural choices across backend systems, user interfaces, and intelligence integrations. Based in Brazil, the professional builds scalable Python services, creates intuitive user interfaces, and designs data pipelines as well as language model solutions for real-world client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Direct project technical strategy and make high-level architectural decisions for full-stack applications integrating artificial intelligence services.
Construct backend services using Python alongside interactive user interfaces with React, Vue, or Angular and TypeScript.
Architect and maintain data processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and large language model integrations.
Conduct code reviews, mentor development team members, and promote engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product management, design, and quality assurance teams to turn requirements into technical roadmaps.
Track emerging artificial intelligence trends and web technologies to advise stakeholders on technical feasibility.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership position.
Backend proficiency in Python utilizing frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Frontend proficiency with React, Vue, or Angular, with a preference for TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence and large language models, including retrieval-augmented generation patterns, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
API design capabilities covering REST, GraphQL, and real-time interfaces.
Background in relational and vector databases.
Familiarity with Git, continuous integration and deployment, containerization, and automated testing.
Strong communication abilities to explain technical concepts clearly.
