Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, covering data acquisition, model training, evaluation, inference, and deployment.
Create and develop training and fine-tuning procedures for large-scale models.
Implement evaluation frameworks to monitor capability, safety, robustness, and performance.
Develop high-performance inference platforms while optimizing memory, latency, GPU usage, cost, and reliability.
Construct data infrastructure capable of handling both real-world and synthetic training information.
Set up robust production architecture for deploying, monitoring, and updating models.
Collaborate closely with research and application teams to translate model features into practical product upgrades.
Balance technical trade-offs pragmatically and iterate efficiently based on real-world usage.

Requirements

Proven history of developing and delivering production-grade machine learning systems rather than research demos.
Solid knowledge of modern large-model training, fine-tuning, assessment, and inference.
Strong foundations in software engineering and systems design.
Background in running machine learning workloads at scale, specifically utilizing GPU-based infrastructure.
Demonstrated technical judgment and independence in solving ambiguous challenges.
