Requirements

Demonstrated software engineering background with extensive experience building and launching production systems.
Deep technical expertise in areas including backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
Advanced system design and architecture skills for complex or high-scale systems.
Strong coding proficiency alongside a willingness to stay hands-on.
Track record of leading major engineering projects or providing technical leadership.
Capability to review code, troubleshoot complex problems, and manage production systems directly.
