Key Responsibilities

Balance speed, scalability, and maintainability when making architectural choices and technical trade-offs.
Translate ambiguous technical and product problems into actionable execution plans.

Review technical designs and code from peers, offering clear and actionable feedback.
Mentor engineering staff to elevate the technical capabilities of the entire group.
Detect potential technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural weaknesses early.

Requirements
