The Global Business Services team at CoreWeave centralizes, standardizes, and scales foundational business processes across Finance, Procurement, and HR to support the company's infrastructure for artificial intelligence. Within this group, the accounts payable function ensures operational excellence, robust controls, and high-quality service delivery as the international footprint expands globally in a public-company environment.
Operating as the International AP Lead, you will own day-to-day accounts payable workflows across international entities including the UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, while leading the Poland-based processing team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for international vendors regarding payment status, disputes, and banking changes, acting as the main escalation bridge into Treasury and Payments.

What you will do
- Monitor the main international invoice queue for inbound vendor invoices, statements of account, and credit notes.
- Validate and process invoices across multiple currencies and vendor types.
- Lead the Poland-based AP processing team by managing queue assignment and workload balancing.
- Recommend and implement process improvements while communicating changes clearly to management and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for international vendors regarding overdue invoices, final-demand notices, and payment disputes.
- Manage bank-detail change requests through proper internal verification channels and escalate urgent payments to Treasury.
- Provide additional AP processing and vendor reconciliation support for US entities during peak volume or coverage gaps.
What you need
- Bring five or more years of progressive accounts payable experience involving multi-currency or multi-country processing.
- Demonstrate experience supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes within a shared services or corporate accounting environment.
- Show documented history leading or coordinating workload across a team, including assigning and balancing caseloads.
- Possess strong vendor-facing communication skills with a track record of resolving payment disputes and escalations professionally.
- Maintain a working knowledge of internal controls, audit support, and SOX-compliant accounts payable operations.
- Have hands-on experience utilizing ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, SAP, or Oracle.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

What is the compensation range for this role?
The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000. The starting salary is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
