Role Overview

The Integrity Operations Specialist investigates safety concerns, reviews accounts against community guidelines, and delivers trauma-informed support to members. Based in the United Kingdom, this position reports directly to the Senior Integrity Operations Manager. The role requires reviewing potentially graphic or distressing content, managing time-critical cases, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate member reports and proactive detections concerning harassment, threats, non-consensual imagery, and other potential guideline violations.
Offer thoughtful, high-touch, and trauma-informed assistance to members who encounter safety incidents.
Review flagged accounts and content by applying established operational guidance and sound judgment.
Oversee sensitive and time-critical cases from initial review through to a fair resolution.
Partner with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Customer Experience teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Spot recurring patterns and trends to help improve operational workflows and member safety.
Utilize AI-supported tools and internal systems to boost efficiency while maintaining critical human judgment for final decisions.
Take part in on-call rotations that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of professional experience, or alternative backgrounds demonstrating equivalent skills.
Prior experience working in trust and safety, crisis response, content moderation, or sensitive customer support environments.
Comfort with reviewing potentially distressing or graphic material, including physical violence, sexual content, and self-harm.
Clear and compassionate written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to apply sound judgment within defined policies while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or another language alongside English.
