Role Overview

KnowledgeCity is seeking an Infrastructure and DevSecOps Lead to manage software deployment, infrastructure maintenance, and comprehensive security standards. This professional oversees DevOps and DevSecOps engineers, drives productivity through AI-assisted tools, and ensures compliance with global regulatory frameworks across all company platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, optimize, and maintain robust DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies and standards.
Integrate security solutions like SonarQube, Trivy, and Burp Suite into automated CI/CD pipelines.
Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Manage cloud security configurations, IAM policies, and access controls within platforms like AWS utilizing WAF, GuardDuty, and Macie.
Supervise daily tasks, deployment procedures, system health monitoring, and incident response management.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits to safeguard company assets.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards including GDPR, CCPA, SOC-2, and ISO/IEC 27001.
Mentor, guide, and train engineering team members while championing the responsible adoption of AI coding assistants.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of 10 years of professional technical experience.
Extensive background in DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies within continuous delivery environments.
Proven history of leading and supervising technical engineering teams.
Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or OCI.
Comprehensive knowledge of container orchestration security using Docker and Kubernetes.
Mandatory advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken formats.

Nice to Have

Possession of relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or AWS Security Specialty.
Prior hands-on experience in achieving compliance for SOC-2 or ISO/IEC 27001.
Practical familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Demonstrated practical use of Claude by Anthropic for threat modeling, compliance documentation, and log analysis.
