Accela is hiring a remote HR Technology & Analytics Specialist for a temporary 6-8 month contract to manage HR systems, reporting, and process improvements. Role Overview

Accela seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide hands-on support across human resources systems, reporting, document management, and AI-enabled efficiency. Reporting directly to the Principal of AI Enablement & HR Analytics, the contractor supports key human resources technology projects and maintains recurring reporting and system activities during a temporary leave period. This position offers an hourly pay range of $50.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on factors such as location, education, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support Greenhouse and ADP reporting, system administration, and process improvements, including creating automated or streamlined workflows.
Run recurring and ad-hoc reports from Greenhouse, ADP, and other platforms while validating data for accuracy.
Leverage approved generative AI and automation tools to boost efficiency, reporting quality, documentation, and recurring tasks.
Identify repetitive or manual processes and recommend practical options for automation or AI-driven enhancements.
Update and reorganize human resources SharePoint sites to enhance usability, structure, and content.
Assist with migrating HR documentation and folders from Box to OneDrive and SharePoint, ensuring proper file organization and validation.
Audit employee files to flag missing, incomplete, duplicate, or incorrectly stored documentation.
Maintain current dashboards, trackers, reports, and ongoing human resources processes.
Troubleshoot routine data or system issues and document essential processes to maintain operational continuity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with human resources, recruiting, finance, and IT teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in HR technology, human resources information systems (HRIS), HR analytics and reporting, or a related field.
Hands-on background utilizing human resources information systems and applicant tracking systems, with direct preference given to ADP and Greenhouse familiarity.
Strong data validation, reporting, and advanced Excel capabilities.
Proven proficiency using productivity tools and generative artificial intelligence to streamline workflows, analyze data, generate documentation, and drive efficiency.
Capacity to responsibly utilize artificial intelligence tools while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Prior involvement in workflow automation, process improvement, or human resources system enhancements.
Solid organizational, problem-solving, and process documentation skills.
Ability to independently handle multiple assignments and succeed in a dynamic work environment.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with document management tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, or Box.

Salary and Benefits
