About this role
Betsson Group is building advanced artificial intelligence capabilities to reshape its Sportsbook product, personalizing betting experiences and driving operational efficiency at scale. As Head of SB Product - Data & AI, you will lead the vision and roadmap for a strategically critical domain, sitting at the intersection of product management, data science, and AI. You will manage a team of product managers and owners, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure the successful delivery of prioritized use cases that make AI a genuine differentiator for the platform.
This leadership role exists to turn technological potential into measurable business and customer impact across the Sportsbook ecosystem. You will champion the adoption of AI tools, establish best practices, and drive synergies with teams outside of Sportsbook. An ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, technical fluency in machine learning, and a proven track record of leading product teams through complex data initiatives.
What you will do
- Establish the comprehensive product vision and strategic direction for the Data and AI stream.
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap to align with broader business objectives.
- Supervise product managers and product owners within the Data and AI domain.
- Oversee the quality assurance of prioritized use cases from generation through delivery.
- Expand internal and third-party AI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive the internal adoption journey of AI tools and share organizational best practices.
- Identify and execute cross-functional synergies with teams outside of the Sportsbook division.
What you need
- Strong domain expertise specifically within the Sportsbook and iGaming industry.
- Extensive professional background working directly within the data domain.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, data science, and model development practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the current AI tooling landscape.
- Demonstrated experience as a people manager leading teams of product owners and managers.
- Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
