Working closely with internal teams, the selected candidate will define the overarching vision, manage a team of product owners, and champion the adoption of modern AI tools across the organization. This leadership position exists to turn technological potential into measurable business impact by building robust in-house capabilities and integrating third-party products within the iGaming sector.
What you will do
- Define the overarching vision and direct the roadmap for the Data and AI stream within the sportsbook division.
- Oversee product teams to ensure they generate, qualify, and deliver impactful improvements for the domain.
- Quality assure prioritized use cases and manage a team of product managers and product owners.
- Build out internal AI capabilities and utilize third-party products to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support the adoption journey of AI tools across sportsbook product teams by sharing best practices.
- Drive synergies within the Data and AI domain in collaboration with teams outside of the sportsbook.
What you need
- Demonstrate strong domain experience gained within the sportsbook and iGaming industry.
- Possess extensive experience working within the data domain alongside a strong grasp of machine learning, data science, and model development practices.
- Maintain an excellent command of the current AI tooling landscape.
- Bring previous experience as a people manager leading teams of product owners and managers within the data domain.
- Hold a Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
