Develop technical bootcamps that translate new research, tools, and methodologies into actionable customer-facing skills.
Create strategic bootcamps to equip client-facing teams for advanced business discussions and large partnership programs.
Own the end-to-end roadmap, curriculum design, contributor network, tooling, measurement, and regional delivery.
Scale early programs into robust frameworks capable of serving larger cohorts while preserving content quality.
Build a strong instructor network and hire support personnel to accommodate hundreds of future team members.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional groups including Product, Engineering, Science, People, GTM Enablement, DevRel, and regional leadership.
Define and maintain consistent readiness standards across global regions and career levels.

Requirements

Proven experience building learning, enablement, or capability functions for technical organizations during periods of rapid growth.
Ability to function as the initial sole owner, delivering immediate value while designing a scalable operating model.
Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate credibly with AI engineers, Product teams, and scientists while reviewing complex material.
Skill in designing cohort-based programs that function across various regions and experience levels without becoming generic.
Strong leadership capabilities across senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and managers without relying on direct reporting lines.
Capacity to make balanced trade-offs between hiring velocity, expert availability, and program standards.
Attention to the complete learner lifecycle, covering communications, practice sessions, scheduling, feedback, and manager involvement.
Data-driven approach to evaluating program success, expansion, or revision.
Clear communication skills suitable for interaction with executives, technical experts, learners, and managers.
Professional fluency in English with the ability to manage cross-regional and cross-time-zone teams.

Nice to Have

Experience scaling a single-person learning function into a team serving hundreds of technical staff.
Background in building onboarding programs for engineering, professional-services, consulting, or solutions organizations.
