Role Overview

DigiCert is hiring a Head of AI Product Management to build the AI Trust business from the ground up in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on extending digital identity and cryptographic trust to AI agents, models, and the agentic ecosystem. The leader will define product strategy, shape a new market category, and guide the portfolio from early-stage development to enterprise-scale adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI Trust portfolio.
Move quickly from customer problem to hypothesis, prototype, validation, and repeatable offering.
Engage directly with design partners and early customers to understand AI architectures and security challenges.
Partner with engineering on product design, technical tradeoffs, and architecture evaluations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Finance on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Identify strategic partnerships across the AI, cloud, security, and identity ecosystems.
Recruit, develop, and lead a product management organization.

Requirements

Track record of taking technically complex products from concept to market scale.
Product leadership experience in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or adjacent enterprise technologies.
Technical fluency with modern AI, agentic architectures, identity concepts, and security infrastructure.
Strong customer instincts to translate user challenges into product strategy.
Commercial orientation encompassing enterprise go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and partnerships.
Entrepreneurial mindset capable of navigating incomplete information and limited precedent.
